Rush Embroidery items ship tomorrow (Excludes Saturday & Sunday)
Example: If you place your Rush Embroidery order on Friday it will ship on Monday. Rush Orders must be placed before 5pm Eastern to ship the next business day
Standard Ground Packages are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail and will arrive at your door in 2 to 4 Business days after shipping. Overnight and 2nd Day Packages are shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your package is shipped from our facility.
Business Days are Monday Through Friday (Excluding Holidays)
Orders placed after 5pm Eastern Time will not be received until the following business day.
Examples:
1) If you place your order at 6:15 pm eastern on Monday it will not ship until Wednesday.
2) If you place a Rush Embroidery order at 5:01 pm eastern on Tuesday it will not ship until Thursday.

Please remember if you order an embroidered item today shipped FedEx Overnight you will not receive it tomorrow, because of the embroidery process it
will ship Overnight in 2 to 3 business days (Mon - Fri) after the order is placed.
Guaranteed delivery does not apply when a package is delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other activity beyond our control. There are no credits
issued if such activity or circumstances change the estimated arrival time of an order.
